Souls4Soles
There is an organization called Souls4Soles where you donate new or lightly used shoes and they are delivered to people in poor countries (Haiti). My friend Lexie and her dad put boxes around our school and they already have a lot of pairs of shoes! Ask someone who works in your school's office if your school can participate in Souls4Soles and make a difference in someone's life!
